AFRICA

Hotels : Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels in (Kenya), Intercontinental Hotel (Congo), Robertsfield International Airport Hotel, (Liberia).

    Batombo began working in the hotel-industry in Nairobi, Kenya, at the Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels as Management Trainee. Upon earning his diploma, he was recruited as Auditor Supervisor to the Financial Controller at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kinshasa, and subsequently as Executive Food and Beverage Manager at Robertsfield International Airport Hotel in Liberia, West Africa.

EUROPE

Hotels : Hohenzollern Hotel (Germany), Mõevempick Feldschosly (Swiss), Campanile Hotels (France), Arundel Choice Hotels (United Kingdom), Redditch International Hotels (United Kingdom).

    Batombo furthered his undergraduate training in Germany at the Hohenzollern Hotel then worked in residence as a Restaurant Operations Trainee at the Mõevempick Feldschosly, a Swiss food-service chain in Zurich. He worked in France as Operations Manager at Campanile Hotel in Meaux and as Night and Duty Manager at a Campanile Hotel in Essome. A couple of years later he worked in the United Kingdom as Resident Manager at Arundel Choice Hotels then as Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager at Choice International Hotels in Redditch.

USA

Academia : Miami Dade College School of International Business Management and Tourism..

    In 2010 he transitioned into academia teaching hospitality management, hotel operations, and tourism courses at Miami Dade College School of International Business Management and Tourism. In 2016, he earned a PhD in Education Leadership from Keiser University where he still serves as Adviser on the Graduate and Doctoral Students Advisory Board.

Dr. Batombo BONGOY

Dr. Batombo Bongoy graduated with a Masters in Arts degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Brighton, in the United Kingdom and a four-year Diploma in Hotel Management Kenya Utalii College (KUC), and a Professional Diploma in Food Service Operations from INFA’s (Institut Supérieur de Formation Hôtelière et de Restauration) in France. Last, a Philosophy Doctorate in Education Leadership (Ph.D.) Keiser University, and as Professor taught Hospitality and Tourism Management, at Miami Dade College School of International Business Management and Tourism. Batombo has 35 years of experience in the Hospitality and Food Services Industry in Europe, Africa and the United States.

Mrs. Françoise KEKE

Mrs. Françoise Kéké graduated from L’ Institut National Polytechnique-Côte d’Ivoire with a Diploma in Engineering and human resources. Françoise worked overseas with international institutions as HR Manager. Françoise is the Founder and President of the Non-Profit Organization, Mission Famille (MIFA).
